WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment.
Your appointment and well-being is very important to me. I understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur, resulting in schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request 24 hours notice.
Policy: Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services, or $30, whichever is greater. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same no-show fee will apply. I will do my best to reschedule your appointment for another time that is convenient to you. No shows will be required to pay 100% of their reserved services. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
ARE THERE ANY SPECIFIC REASONS TO AVOID SUGARING?
While sugaring is generally safe and effective, individuals using topical creams containing ingredients like retin-A, retinol, glycolic acid, or those prescribed medications like Accutane should exercise caution. These treatments can make the skin more sensitive, increasing the risk of irritation, redness, or even damage during sugaring. It's strongly advised to consult with your dermatologist or healthcare provider before scheduling a sugaring appointment. They can assess your skin's condition and advise you on whether sugaring is appropriate or if alternative hair removal methods would be safer for you during your treatment regimen.
